ucan_yusuf I solved the problem. It was because of wrong connection. It is ok now.
Proteus 7.4 and usb thanks for the excellent artical.

I tried the circuit (40pin) with Proteus 7.4 and windows asked me driver and

everything was ok.

But when I tried on the breadboard after adding the 4.7k resistor , all four leds were ligt up and Windows pop up "device unrecognized" and at each time the pic warm up. I haven't used a connector on pic side.

When I try reprogram the pic , I couldnt program the pic.
