PIC18F4550 Internal Oscillator

Hi,

I am doing a project using the PIC18F4550 with the internal oscillator and programming it using MPLAB with C18 toolsiute. From the datasheet I know which configuaration bits I have to set in order to use the internal oscillator but I'm having difficulty on knowing which setting to change in the configuration bits menu on the MPLAB. (configure -- Configuration Bits).

please can anyone help on this?
