Thanks for those links I'll take a look and see if they make any sense!

The pic(ture) unfortunately isnt of my creation, but it is cool, its a well-fed tux, and has very little to do with microcontrollers.. other than the tenuous linux link.. and the fact that its a penguin.

Cheers,
Chips

I only read a few notes about ping pong at forum.microchip.com, but not yet tried or implemented it.
I can send you some code for HID: I created a simple PIC programmer in USB (which can anyway program many chips), a pseudo-mp3 reader, I kind of USB/485 (with my proprietary protocol).

may I have your email?

Hi Dariog,

May you send me the simple USB Programmer, please? .... schematic, pcb & firmware to mizk_2003@yahoo.com.

Currently, I'm using laptop witn no serial port.I tried searching around the net but fail to find working one.

So if you could share it (PLEASE), thanks you very much in advance.

I sent you the code via private email!

(for the record, Microchip does have a USB programmer in their range: what they don't have, is a USB programmer which does NOT need 220V to work... and I'm working on an USB programmer with a DC/DC converter embedded)

Hi Dariog, can you send me your HID firmware, please! I am interested in making transmission faster, and your firmware must be helpful for me.

my email is bien_van_khat@yahoo.com

Thanks, in advance.
