USB connection goes off ?!!?!?!?

Hi,
I followed the USB article and using C# and all is working. The problem is that when i connect the pic to the usb, it recognixze it under other devices in the device manager but than, the connection goes off after a second or two. Can i get any help on this?

It may be related to power/bad decoupling...
Or a general bad wiring (are you using a breadboard?)

No I'm using a veroboard! I soldered the circuit shown in the article and used a Class B connector for the USB wire. I'll check for any bad wiring or soldering and see how it goes. Thank You for the reply!!!
